Vendor FAQs

What is Pennington Day?

Pennington Day is an annual street fair organized by a volunteer board. Pennington Day provides an opportunity for local non-profit organizations, community groups, and businesses to inform the community about their work and sell products. Sponsor donations and vendor space fees cover the operational costs of Pennington Day. Vendor space fees also fund a Community Grants Program for projects that will serve Pennington Borough and/or Hopewell Valley.

Does Pennington Day provide a tent, tables, and chairs in BOOTH VENDOR spaces (non-food)?

No, booth vendors are responsible for providing, setting up, and removing their own table(s), chair(s), tent, and any other items within their 10 x 10 ft space. Pennington Day will not supply these items. The use of a 10 x 10 ft canopy tent is recommended.

There is no electricity available in BOOTH VENDOR or FOOD VENDOR spaces.

Are generators permitted?

Yes, but in BOOTH VENDOR spaces (non-food), the use of a generator is strongly discouraged. Booth vendors who plan to use a generator must indicate this on the online registration form so a suitable booth space can be provided.

FOOD VENDOR spaces in the Food Courts provide ample room for generators.
